Group Therapy at Katiiti Inclusive Wellness: Liberation Therapy participants are encouraged to bring forth items symbolizing their intention to engage in therapy, such as Coffee beans, Sweetgrass, Sage for smudging, and Cash or an item of choice, as a form of offering.
Preparation for Virtual Counselling:
Ensure you have a private, quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a digital device equipped with a microphone and camera. Prior to your session, the Jane Team will send you an automated appointment reminder email containing a secure link to access the video call.
