I’m Adebayo Chris KATIITI
I am an Innovative and passionate community builder and social justice and human rights advocate with a strong commitment to holistic and intuitive well-being, and promoting justice using a liberational approach (Storytelling, Visionary and Recreational).
I am the CEO and founder of the Katiiti Inclusive Wellness – a Healing, Coaching and Consulting company that provides executive coaching and therapy to queer professionals and high level executives, leading them home to their true identity and finding joy in all aspects of their life. As a Certified Life Coach, my expertise lies in leadership, Cultural Competency, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, inclusive wellness, and anti-racism. I am also the visionary and founder of RARICAnow, a non-profit organisation supporting 2SLGBTIQ+ refugees and newcomers. I am a champion at creating brave-safe spaces for queer individuals who feel unseen, unheard and underrepresented.
I have also been the recipient of various prestigious awards recognizing my exceptional efforts in human rights and community leadership such as. 2023 Recipient of The Lieutenant Governor Salma Lakhani Award for Leadership in Pluralism and Reconciliation Human rights Award 2023 presented by the John Humphrey Centre for Human Rights.
I am also a multi-talented athlete, artist, musician, and filmmaker with a drive for positive systemic change.
